1) ORDER

** To place an order, please to kidzcottage@gmail.com with the following information:

- Address/Contact

- Product Description/Code

- Preferred Sizes/colour

- Mode of Delivery

- TOTAL

2) PAYMENT

* Payment via bank transfer to our POSB Savings A/c.

* Payment details will be emailed to you within 3 days after receipt of your orders.

3) MODE OF DELIVERY

a) Normal Postage

- price range between $0.80 - $3.35 depending on the weight of total orders

b) Registered Postage

- $2.24 in addition to normal postage cost

c) Courier Service

- price range between $8.00 - $10.00, depending on location

d) Self Collection

- Self collection can be arranged at Whampoa Road

^^ Mailing Days – For normal postage, we will arrange to mail out orders within 2-3 working days. For registered and bulky mail, it will only be arrange on Saturday.

4) TERMS & CONDITIONS

* Kidz Cottage is not responsible for any lost or damage to mail once orders is mailed out. Therefore registered mail is highly recommended.

** Our products are price in Singapore Dollars.

** Our products are mostly factory overruns/excess, thus some product labels may be fully/partially snipped off.  Please clarify before making purchase if this is of any concern to you.

*** All sales are final, goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

**** In case of any obvious defects (such as holes/tears in clothings, obvious stains, etc), notification must be made known to us via email within 3 days after receiving your goods. Exchange will be on a case-by-case basis.

***** We will try our best to ensure the colors of our products are displayed as accurate as possible. However, due to lighting during shooting and monitor display, sometimes it may differ slightly.
